Refund policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be given on a case to case basis, and is at a sale discretion of ResoledX to do so. in the vent that we do agree to process a refund, in full or partial, that refund will NOT be sent and/or processed until items purchased have been returned and fully inspected by our team. Tags must be attached and item is expected to be in the same condition as it was given to the customer.
Refunds will not be given due to:
Customer ordering incorrect size
Customer ordering incorrect color
Customer mistakingly misunderstood listing detail
Customer not knowing and/or reading the refund policy.
If stock is available and at ResoledX discretion, we may offer the option to exchange your merchandise. If a customer opts to exchange their merchandise the customer will be responsible to pay shipping cost.
Customer may receive a full or partial refund if there is an error on our end. If we make a mistake on our end, the customer will not have to pay for it.
By completing a transaction at ResoledX, all customers are agreeing to, and in fact do fully understand the above policy. Customers are agreeing and understand that any and all items sold by ResoledX may be a retail item or it may be a NON-RETAIL item coming directly from a manufacturer.
